Some thought that it was over religion, Christina was a devoted Christian, her family was too. But people believed that Kevin was against her religious beliefs, and that hatred may have led him to shoot the singer at point blank. However, after the police continued to investigate Kevin, his life and his background, a new unsettling revelation has surfaced.
Co-workers from Best Buy revealed that Kevin would always talk about Christina at work. According to the TMZ report, the co-workers believed that Kevin was definitely infatuated with the singer. In fact, infatuation is a light word to use; Kevin was obsessed!
Sources also shared that Kevin would always listen to Christina’s songs at work and even made a vow to marry her someday. He was dead serious about it. He really went for it. He got hair transplants and even had Lasik eye surgery. Moreover, he became a vegan to lose weight, just so Christina would like him.
A more suspicious revelation was that Kevin claimed he met Christina at a concert back in March and after that, continued playing online games with her. On the other hand, Christina’s camp completely denies this claim saying Christina had not met her killer before.
But that’s not the entire story; there must have been something that ticked off Kevin right? In the same report, TMZ said that Kevin was enraged when he discovered that Christina was in a relationship with her producer boyfriend. Kevin’s co-workers continued to tease him, saying he had no chance with the young starlet and that made him snap…he then resolved to end her life, convinced that if he couldn’t be with her then no one else should be able to either.
Angry and distraught, Kevin decided to head down to one of Christina’s concerts and murder her in cold blood, even if the singer welcomed him with open arms. He then decided to end his life at that moment too…baffling the world with his psychotic selfishness, and casting Orlando into the first tragedy of a very dark week of violence for the city.
