It looks like there’s no stopping Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie from their acrimonious divorce. It was recently reported that the ex-couple are now selling their joint properties and one of which is the prize-winning Chateau Miraval in France.
The massive estate and vineyard is found in Correns Village, France and is home to the award-winning rosé, a definite best seller coming from this vineyard.
The Chateau Miraval was purchased by the couple in 2008 at $60 million. While there is no clear numbers as to how much it is going for now, a US Weekly insider guarantees that the estate has already been valued and will be put on the market soon. The property is 1200-acre big and it is home to 35 rooms, a recording studio, working vineyards, a private lake, terraced hillsides, olive groves, pine forests and a moat. There are structures here that date back to the 17th century as well.
Now that change is about to happen, the rosé bottles will also expect a new look. “It currently says ‘Jolie-Pitt’ on the Château Miraval bottles, and the next season’s batch will have a new reprinted label with no names written on it,” the insider added.
The beautiful vineyard is just the first of the estranged couple’s joint properties that will be sold. Investors shall expect more to come. In the meantime, Angelina and the kids are staying in L.A. They are currently renting a 4400 square foot home with five bedrooms, lagoon-style heated pools, gourmet kitchen, a private path to the beach and a whole lot more!
