Actress Kate Beckinsale is a bombshell beauty by almost any standard…that is unless your standard is that of director Michael Bay.
Beckinsale recently appeared on The Graham Norton Show where she opened up about working with the infamous Transformers director, telling host Graham Norton that Bay often would make snide remarks about her appearance and even her weight back when they worked together…
“I think he was baffled by me because my boobs weren’t bigger than my head and I wasn’t blond,” the brunette vixen shared.

Kate went on to recall the way Michael Bay treated her while promoting their 2001 film Pearl Harbor.
“When we were promoting the film, Michael was asked why he had chosen Ben and Josh, and he said, ‘I have worked with Ben before and I love him, and Josh is so manly and a wonderful actor,'” Beckinsale recalled. “Then when he was asked about me, he’d say, ‘Kate wasn’t so attractive that she would alienate the female audience.’”
Michael Bay stuck his foot in his mouth repeatedly back in 2001 when the subject was the leading lady in his movie.
“I didn’t want someone who was too beautiful. Women feel disturbed when they see someone’s too pretty,” Bay tried to justify himself. “When you look at Titanic, Kate Winslet is pretty, but not overwhelmingly beautiful,” Bay continued. “That makes it work better for women.”
So on behalf of all women, now you know what works better for you…Michael Bay said so…
