The Johnny Depp and Amber Heard divorce case is getting uglier by the day. When Amber cried domestic violence, it seemed like no one knew who to believe at first, but as details unfolded the majority sided with Johnny.
Adding drama to the split, Amber is now withdrawing her temporary spousal support claim just to prove that she’s not after Johnny’s money.
Her lawyer already filed the motion to withdraw. According to TMZ, Amber just asked for the temporary spousal support because she knew it was the standard operating procedure during a divorce in California. Just last year, Johnny was able to pocket $30 million in earnings, and she believes she should have received $1 million per month for support as a result.

Nonetheless, the spousal support isn’t completely off the table yet. She still wants some financial support, but this time, it’s because it’s her legal right by California law and not as a request.
Meanwhile, in downtown Los Angeles where Johnny and Amber used to share an apartment, the Los Angeles Police Department is answering to a TRO (Temporary Restraining Order) violation call from Amber. But, Johnny wasn’t even there to begin with; he was in the Bahamas. Only Johnny’s people were in the apartment getting all his personal stuff, which is actually part of the court order.
Due to Amber’s TRO, Johnny cannot be within 100 yards of Amber. So clearly, there wasn’t any violation here. However, the LAPD made sure that Johnny’s people were only taking essential items and not anything else like a desk, TMZ reported.
There are also lingering reports that Johnny will take the fifth if the court asked him to take the stand. Some say that taking the fifth will be the best move when it comes to domestic violence cases like this.
