Drama at Chris Brown‘s estate is unfolding LIVE right now, as police seek to deescalate this tense situation that began around 3am this morning after a woman called 911 alleging that Brown pulled on gun on her.
Police have a search warrant and are attempting to talk a defiant Chris Brown out of his home without violence, drugs and weapons are already reportedly involved in the incident.
But Chris Brown is not cooperating, and refuses to come out.

8/30 4:38 PM Central – An animated Chris Brown is spotted by tv choppers leaving front door of house, his antics are bizarre, sitting down on the front steps, momentarily lying down as if napping while surrounded by investigators.
Brown is NOT handcuffed, and does not appear to be in custody at this time.
8/30 3:45 PM Central – Brown has reportedly surrendered, but no arrest has been made as of yet while investigators piece together the incident.
8/30 3:30 PM Central – Police confirm that LAPD Robbery & Homicide is taking over control of the investigation, witnesses and the alleged victim are being questioned.
Detectives are attempting to make contact with Chris Brown, a S.W.A.T team is rumored to be among options being considered if Brown refuses to surrender.
