Daredevil is back for its 2nd season run on Netflix! The premiere episode arrived on Friday, but what is cooking in Hell’s Kitchen this season?
Yeah, everyone knows that Punisher and Elektra will be part of Daredevil Season 2. And, people who love The Punisher could still not reconcile the fact that their favorite hero becomes the antagonist in Netflix’s TV adaptation of this classic character from the Marvel Comics universe. But there is no stopping this story-line as The Punisher “stirs up the gang” at Hell’s Kitchen.
As Matt Murdock and Foggy return, these two characters would now become the constant companion for those who are commuting on their way home from work. Why? Netflix made sure that Daredevil season 2 will be streamed in their smartphones or tablets wherever the audience may be. In fact, the global viewing of Daredevil has already reached 130 new markets.
On a different note, there are other things that fans could expect as far as the plot of the season 2 is concerned. Showrunners of Daredevil reveal that fight scenes would get better. Followers of the show should look forward to episode 3 wherein the fight scenes were crafted thoughtfully.
Hell’s Kitchen will also be sizzling with hot goodness as Elektra (Elodie Yung) arrives in the TV series. Fans can expect that she would be confronting the Punishers. Fans would now see how distinct she could be in hand-to-hand combat.
It is certain that fans would get hooked into this new season of Daredevil. Netflix announces via its official Twitter account the exact time the episodes will be released.
