Lamar Odom is on the road to a full recovery.
Lamar Odom continues to make great strides on his road to recovery after his near-fatal drug overdose back in October of last year.
The former NBA star appeared healthy and in good spirits. He was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black T-shirt and black sweatpants and was seen heading out for groceries with his wellness coach.
Fans were worried they might never see Lamar Odom alive and walking again. Odom made his first public appearance since his hospitalization when he attended Kanye West’s Yeezy Season 3 fashion show at New York’s Madison Square Garden on Thursday, February 11.
The 36-year-old star, who split from wife Khloe Kardashian in 2013, was found unconscious at the Love Ranch South in Pahrump, Nevada, and was rushed to the hospital in October 2015. He was in a coma for nearly 72 hours and remained at Cedars-Sinai in L.A. until early January. He was discharged and moved into a home not far from Kardashian’s house.
He reportedly enjoyed a day of “friendship” with Khloe on Valentine’s Day as he wanted to show his gratitude to his estranged wife for the way she has supported and cared for him in recent months.
“Lamar appreciates Khloe so much for everything she has done for him these past few months.
“He bought Khloe beautiful flowers for being the woman and friend, he will always love.”
Lamar’s doctors are blown away by his ‘miraculous’ progress, as he’s walking around, remembering things and acting like his old self! We’re sure this is a huge sigh of relief for all of his family and friends.
