16 Bodyguards Keep Mark Zuckerberg And His Family Safe In Their Home
is making it clear to paparazzi and anyone who dares to invade his privacy, that his family is off limits. The billionaire made sure he has enough men on hand to help him keep trespassers at bay. He now has 16 bodyguards stationed in his $7 million Palo Alto, California mansion.
Due to threats from unstable Facebook users, the new father and his wife, Priscilla Chan, employed a small army to keep them safe. That should be enough for anyone to respect the premises of the famous Facebook CEO. With more than a billion daily active users in the social media network, it’s not a surprise if there are a few who are bound to have malicious intents. All CEOs take these threats very seriously.
Zuckerberg is well known for his stand on privacy. In 2013, he bought four neighboring homes at $30 million. Apparently, he doesn’t want to take the risk of trusting his neighbors. He also has a history of infuriating neighbors with his security people hogging parking lots, which his press handlers denied the allegations.
