While the world’s famous boy band One Direction is taking a year’s hiatus, Louis Tomlinson is busy with his five-month old son Freddie. However, Louis finds himself not having enough time to spend with his son as his baby mama isn’t letting the singer see the baby!
Louis had a grand time when Freddie was born. He loved spending time with his newborn despite the fact that he and baby mama Briana Jungwirth aren’t together in a relationship. But ever since, they agreed on taking care of Freddie.
However, recently, Louis finds himself in an ugly custody dispute over Freddie as Briana is making it hard for him to see the boy at all. According to PEOPLE, Louis and his attorneys are taking the custody negotiations to court because Louis and Briana cannot come up with a long-term custody and child support agreement. Right now, Louis and Briana have an “interim agreement in terms of access” until the custody is settled. Also, overnight visits aren’t allowed but Louis will definitely have several hours of visitation every week.
TMZ reported that the reason why Briana wasn’t letting Louis see Freddie was because of money issues. While Louis is paying for child support, the amount varied every week. Plus, Briana thought the amount wasn’t enough and she’s asking for a monthly amount, one that’s more reasonable. On the other hand, a source for PEOPLE said that Louis has been really financially generous already.
Louis is prepared to fight for his rights as a father and wants joint custody. But right now, Louis is also having a grand time in the love department with actress Danielle Campbell. The couple have been spotted a couple of times on dates and showing PDA. But in Louis’ most recent appearance at the Brit Awards, Danielle wasn’t there with him. Could they still be together? Hopefully, Louis and Briana can reach an agreement soon for little Freddie.
