Warren Beatty has a notorious playboy reputation, he and his bestest pal Jack Nicholson are infamous for bedding women for sport….at least once upon a time.
Now Beatty, a reformed family man since settling down and marrying actress Annette Benning at the age of 54 back in 1991, has fessed up about some of his most outrageous sexploits…
Perhaps one sure to make people perk up and take notice is that he allegedly was busy planting his flag in Edie Sedgwick while America landed on the moon.
Edie, who was a well known heiress and socialite of her time, dies of a drug overdose in 1971….unrelated to Beatty’s plowing of her field as Neil Armstrong broke virgin moon soil with his feet.
In a new Vanity Fair interview, the star recalls Sedgwick once showed up to his hotel room “in a yellow rain slicker, with nothing underneath.”…which is odd, because it really doesn’t rain much in Los Angeles, particularly in late July…
Beatty “wasn’t all that sure he could rise to the occasion,” the piece reports…something Viagra undoubtedly assists him with in the present.
With little prompting Beatty gave into temptation, and the pair fell to the floor for a roll in the proverbial hay…when they suddenly heard on the television: ‘That’s One small step for man. One giant leap for mankind.’
No word if Beatty finished or wrapped up what he was doing…but it appears that Apollo 11’s rockets weren’t the only thing thrusting that evening…
