David Hasselhoff Confirms Role in Baywatch Movie

“There ain’t no ‘Bay’ without The Hoff,”

Just when you thought the Baywatch movie cast has been finalized! Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson dropped a major surprise Wednesday night on his Instagram account! The former professional wrestler opened up to ET on the Baywatch set this week about David’s return. However, the iconic actor will not be reprising his role as the hunky lifeguard, Mitch Buchannon. There are rumors that Dwayne might be playing the role.

To ensure that the film feels contemporary, Hasselhoff confirmed that Buchannon and other roles from the classic TV series will be recast in order.

Baywatch is set to open and will hit theatres in May 19, 2017. This is going to get hot!
