Robin McLaurin Williams was an American actor and comedian. Starting as a stand-up comedian in San Francisco and Los Angeles in the mid-1970s.

The actor died at 63 on Aug. 11 at his home in Tiburon, Calif. in Marin County. Toxicology reports reveal antidepressants, caffeine and levodopa, a drug used to treat Parkinson’s disease, in his system.

“He didn’t like people feeling like the things that were hard for them they should go through alone,” she said. “And that’s the big legacy for him, and for me, and for my brothers, is that he somehow had an enormous number of people in this world who felt that he made them feel a little less alone.”

Aaliyah died Saturday, Aug. 25, 2001, when her small plane crashed after takeoff in the Bahamas.
