On the cusp of a directorial comeback, the Oscar-winning director is apparently out to prove he’s virile across the board, impregnating a woman a decade younger than his oldest child.
This marks the ninth child Mel Gibson has sired, and the second out of wedlock since ending his 31 year marriage to the mother of his seven legitimate children back in 2011.
The baby mama to be is Rossalind Ross, a retired equestrian acrobat and aspiring screenwriter, who has gotten ahead to date by trading in riding horses in favor of riding Mel…
So if this girl’s got daddy issues to work out with her much older beau, she better get past them, because he’s now her baby’s daddy…
No indication yet if Mel intends to make an honest woman out of her and pop the question, but assuming Mel will be 61 by the time the child’s due date rolls around, he’s going to be a spry 79 by the time the kid graduates high school….and mom will still be a youthful 44.
But to Mel’s genetic credit, longevity appears to be in his gene pool, his 98 year old father is still alive and kicking…proving perhaps being a bit controversial adds years to your life.
Mel first started making children back in 1980, meaning his latest child will have the same age gap with its oldest sibling as Mel does with the child’s mother.
We hope Hacksaw Ridge opens strong, because if Mel is starting yet another family he’s gonna need some cash to pay for all the day care and college funds.
In the words of his Lethal Weapon character’s partner, he’s getting too old for this sh*t…
