Hilary Duff showed off her insane bikini body in Hawaii on Thursday, February 4, a week after finalizing her divorce from her estranged husband, Mike Comrie.
Her divorce from the former NHL player was finalized on Tuesday in Los Angeles Superior Court, Us Weekly reported.
The 28-year-old actress was reportedly joined on the trip by her ex-husband and their son Luca who is three years old.
Duff displayed a fit and toned physique while wearing a hot colorful bikini with stripes. The actress rarely goes a day without hitting the gym and it certainly has paid off judging by the looks of her.
Hilary had a prenuptial agreement arranged with Mike when they wed in 2010. According to TMZ, Hilary got the couple’s Beverly Hills property and a second home.
Mike, 35, got to keep jewelry and two luxury cars, a 2013 Mercedes G-Class SUV and a 2014 Bentley coupe.
She also had to give the Canadian native – who comes from a wealthy family – a one-time payment of whooping $2,408,786, the news site reported.
Both will share joint custody of their son Luca and split child-rearing costs with neither receiving spousal support.
In one of her interviews, the Younger actress recently talked about co-parenting in peace.
“We have such a great kid, and we’re both so obsessed with him,” she shared. “We are good friends and we laugh a lot and we have a great communication. We share pictures when one is not with Luca. Yeah, he’s great. We are great and we keep on trucking.”
When asked about marrying again, the Lizzie McGuire alum said:
“I don’t want to say I wouldn’t get married again, but it’s not important to me. I don’t feel I would need to be married to have another child. If I felt strongly enough toward someone or if someone felt strongly about it, I might say okay. But it’s not essential.”
