News Flash:
Season 1 winner of American Idol, Kelly Clarkson was very emotional during her performance in American Idol 2016 last week. Despite being pregnant, the alumna sang her song “Piece by Piece” really well, which moved both the judges and the audience alike. Clarkson was actually in tears towards the end of the song. Indeed, she never really forgot where she started!
Spoiler Alert: As the end of this show is nearing, the competition, on the other hand, is getting hotter and tougher for each of the contenders. This week, the finalists will have to prepare two songs each and they will be mentored by Stevie Van Zandt and Sia, two of the most renowned musicians in the industry.
Although predictions have been strong that Trent and La’Porsha will compete in the final round, it’s still anybody’s game as Dalton is continuously rocking the judges with his performances.
Trent led the poll released by American Idol right after the announcement of the Top 5, but sources stated that La’Porsha is still confident to have a bright future, even if she won’t win the American Idol, considering that she is one of the judges’ favorites.
