Has Katie Holmes fallen in love again? It’s been almost three years since Holmes and Jamie Foxx were first linked to each other. And yet, until today, the rumored couple has not admitted their relationship in public.
But the whispers persist and recently, news broke that Holmes and Foxx are actually getting hitched!
It all started when Radar Online spotted what looked like an engagement ring on Holmes’ finger. Speculation pointed to Holmes being secretly engaged to the rapper and actor. While there is no confirmation whatsoever, a Radar insider spilled that the two are already planning their wedding, and that the bride-to-be wants to get married in her hometown.
“Katie will always remain loyal to her roots in Toledo, Ohio, and she’s pouring millions into renovating her vacation house… Katie is turning it into a self-contained secure retreat and she plans on spending a lot more time there in the future with Jamie and her daughter Suri,” the undisclosed insider said.
However, this vacation house isn’t really Holmes’ but her parents. But with the extravagant renovations, there is an assumption that this is where Holmes wants to exchange vows. After all, the design of the house is Kennedy-inspired and given Holmes’ obsession with all things Kennedy, it looks like it’s the perfect place for Holmes to have her nuptials.
Is there any truth to these rumors? Well, Holmes has always been tight-lipped about her relationships so it’s not unusual that she’s keeping mum about all this. On the other hand, Foxx clearly denied the rumors twice.
In 2013, he said that the rumors are completely untrue as they only danced at a charity event.
In 2015, he told E Online, “Oh come on. You guys have been trying to get that to stick for three years.”
