Yes! Fergie might even release it as soon as March.
Idolator recently spilled the beans, Fergie is in the works for her second solo album release. According to Women’s Wear Daily, the Fergalicious singer was in Paris last weekend to “shoot the cover and press materials for her long-awaited second so album, due in March.”

Further details reveal that Mert Alas and Marcus Piggot shot the cover; and that Fergie was photographed in various outfits ranging from Tom Ford, Gianvito Rossi, Rosamosario, Raf Simons, and others. Carine Roitfeld, apparently, styled the shoot.

Fergie’s first solo album, The Dutchess was released almost ten years ago. But that was such a long time ago that people have begun to wonder if she’d ever return to the studio again. The hits “London Bridge”, “Fergalicious”, “Glamorous”, “Big Girls Don’t Cry” and “Clumsy” were all singles on that album that reached the Top 5 of the Billboard Hot 100. The Dutchess sold eight million copies worldwide, cementing Fergie as pop sensation and a chart topping force in music.

In 2014, Fergie released “L.A. Love (La La)” a song that initially had people talking and excited about a possible follow up solo album, but that ultimately fizzled and failed to make its mark on the charts as well as her previous hits.
Here’s hoping that her pending new full solo album delivers the goods this time!
