There’s a headline you won’t read everyday…
Actor James Franco allegedly assaulted a photographer back in 2014…with his head.
Franco is of course renowned for trying to fill his head with knowledge, collecting multiple supercilious degrees for the sheer hell of it over the years, but strangely using his head became an allegedly literal incident for the actor, when he head-butted an unwelcome member of the media right in their gut.
For Franco’s sake he had best have accumulated a law degree among his pile of diplomas, because now he’s being sued…
David Tonnessen, who according to TMZ, claims the actor head-butted his stomach while photographing a Lana Del Rey concert at Hollywood Forever Cemetery.
Tonnessen claims Franco was “smiling, rather demonically” before the incident occurred, then with a “blank expression of joy on his face,” attacked him….audiences have felt similarly about his film roles.
The photographer claims he was hospitalized following the incident and is now suffering from injuries.
He’s seeking an unspecified amount for medical expenses and damages….hopefully among the damages sought will be reimbursement for any tickets purchased to see his films.
