Jennifer Lawrence has waded into the political waters, as the normally bubbly actress had some choice words for US presidential candidate Donald Trump during her appearance on “The Graham Norton Show”.
The Oscar-winner had something on her mind for when she meets The Donald — and it wasn’t something that was, shall we say, cordial…
Host Graham Norton had asked Lawrence whether she has ever met the polarizing real etstae mogul, and presumptive presidential nominee. “I was at a concert where I heard he was attending, so I had my full security team, like I was like, ‘Find Donald Trump,'” Jennifer quickly recalled. “I was adamant on finding him and making a video of me going, ‘Hey, Trump, f–k you!’“
Lawrence elegantly flipped the bird to the camera as she revealed the two words she’s been saving for Trump.
“I wouldn’t rest until he was found,” she continued. “He knew I was looking for him.”
This isn’t the first time Jennifer Lawrence has spoken out against the presidential hopeful. In an interview with Entertainment Weekly this past October, Lawrence went on the record to state: “If Donald Trump becomes president, that will be the end of the world.… I genuinely believe that reality television has reached the ultimate place where now even things like this might just be for entertainment.”
It was only fitting that fellow Trump critic, actor Johnny Depp, was sitting at Jennifer’s side during her on-air rant last week…perhaps the two can form a ticket of their own to run against him…
