Madonna Caught Up In NYC Parking Scheme

Madonna Caught Up In NYC Parking Scheme

The Material Girl has been accused by New York City authorities of a plot to snag precious parking spots in front of her luxury apartment, and the gig is apparently up!

Madonna — who resides in an elite $40 million Upper East Side townhouse in Manhattan — wanted to claim some prime parking spaces for herself and entourage … the catch is, they were public spaces, technically making her a thief.

In fact, Madonna allegedly had her people pepper the area with “Tenant Parking Only” signs. And someone also took the time to emboss a “NO PARKING” warning into the actual cement on the curbside!

But no act of parking fraud is complete without that ever so official looking yellow paint stripe along the curb. After all, it’s only natural for a bitch to mark her territory.

Neighbors complained and New York’s Department of Transportation stepped in to demand the aging pop diva’s shenanigans come to an end, now if only they could make similar demands of her stage antics…
