A prominent investor in the Kardashian Beauty makeup line is painting Kim, Kourtney and Khloe as the trio of nightmare business partners America already knew they were.
Hillair Capital Management filed an eye popping $180 million lawsuit in Los Angeles on Monday, that accuses the famous sisters of fraud and breach of contract.

Hillair claims it put up millions of dollars in July 2014 to assist the sisters with the salvage of their struggling beauty line after their former distributor Boldface went belly up during legal and financial troubles.
According to Hillair, the deal was that they would fund continued distribution of the line — and the Kardashians would continue to be the face of the line and actively promote it.
But apparently the Kardasian clan didn’t keep their end of the bargain, and even tried to find new investors to weasel out of their compact with Hillair.
The lawsuit further claims that the sisters disparaged the brand, and failed to promote it in good faith.
So it appears to be another day, another Kardashian/ Kanye/ Jenner scandal.
Though this time Kim and her sisters appear to have stolen more than just a few minutes of irretrievable time away from everybody’s life…
