Months ago the media was in a jovial frenzy about 50-year-old Janet Jackson announcing herself to be an expectant mother…what we apparently never anticipated is that this may have been veiled language for the fact she’s not even pregnant at all!
The pop diva, and member of of Motown family royalty, dropped all of her concert commitments to drop out of sight and public view.
But her motivation may have less to do with bed rest and more to do with trying to secretly have a child via a surrogate mother.
An anonymous source confirms that an unnamed singer (*wink, wink, Janet) has gone so far as to buy a fake baby bump for her public appearances.
“She did buy a baby bump (silicone, not foam) from England, but she hates wearing it, especially in the heat. Also, she’s gained a lot of weight and doesn’t like being photographed.”
And Janet seems to be fully aware that to keep up the con job she needs to flaunt her baby belly to the cameras a time or two in the coming months.
“She knows that she needs to do one public photo op with the baby bump, so right now she is saying that she will do it when the temps get a little colder (October).”
As for the rumored surrogate, sources claim it’s not been a smooth ride, but the baby is going to pull through.
“The surrogate has had a rough pregnancy, but it looks like everything will be fine.”
Time will tell if Janet is able to fake this pregnancy all the way to the due date.
