The disgraced comedian, 78, smiled and waved to the crowd as he entered the courtroom
Bill Cosby arrived to the courthouse in Norristown, Pennsylvania on Tuesday morning as testimony began against him in an effort to determine whether or not his sexual assault case was worthy of a trial.
Prosecutors will be presenting their case to the judge and laying out why they believe they have enough evidence to send the case against Cosby to a jury.

It is anticipated that they will also call upon Cosby’s accuser, Andrea Constand, to testify against the elderly comedian on the stand. The prospective encounter would be the first time in a decade that Cosby comes face to face with the woman who may put him behind bars.
Bill Cosby is accused of drugging and sexually assaulting Constand at his mansion in January 2004 and is facing three felony counts of aggravated indecent assault.
If convicted, he faces up to 10 years in prison.
Even if exonerated of this particular unsavory episode, further sexual assault accusations await Cosby, as a lawsuit involving Cosby and Playboy founder Hugh Hefner is pending as well.
It appears that Cosby is either poised to die in prison or spend his remaining years and fortune fighting legal battles…
