The LAPD says he is.
Hollywood bad boy Charlie Sheen may be in trouble yet again, but running into problems with the long arm of the law is almost a hobby for Charlie these days.

Details are vague, but Sheen is currently a suspect in an ongoing criminal investigation involving alleged threats Charlie Sheen has made to an undisclosed person or persons, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
The LAPD is not naming the victim in public. We don’t know the nature of the alleged threats, but they apparently are concerning enough to garner a criminal investigation.
The unfolding criminal investigation is the latest in a string of bad events for the former “Two and a Half men” star. His former fiancée Scottine Ross filed a lawsuit in December that accused him of assaulting her, holding her captive in his home, and failing to disclose to her that he was HIV-positive!
The lawsuit further alleges that Sheen occasionally locked Ross in the bathroom, pushed her around, dragged her by the arms across the house, placed her in a chokehold and pointed an unloaded pistol at her while repeatedly pulling the trigger.
Adding to the beleaguered actor’s troubles is the fact that’s he’s virtually unemployable. And Sheen has been mostly out of work since his FX series, “Anger Management,” was canceled back in December 2014.
After several years of erratic behavior, Sheen, now 50, announced in November that he is in fact HIV-positive…which surprised precisely no one.
Meanwhile this HIV infected, unemployable, drug addicted, alleged pornstar battering actor is being thoroughly investigated by the LAPD’s Threat Management Unit for undisclosed crimes.
And we’re no experts, but Charlie, this ISN’T“winning”…
