Amber Heard has refused to go under oath for her deposition, crying, yelling and screaming in defiance… so claim Johnny Depp‘s (or is that Johnny Deposition) lawyers, who want the judge to discredit the beleaguered actress about domestic violence accusations.
According to new legal docs filed by Johnny’s lawyer, Laura Wasser, Amber repeatedly refused to submit to questioning by attorneys.
Wasser says Amber also refused to turn over documents she had requested.
Amber from that point put on the most dramatic performance of her life, crying and wailing in protest to being sworn in for a deposition.
Johnny’s legal team now wants one of two things, either a court order prohibiting Amber from testifying when the case goes to trial next week, or an outright dismissal of her domestic violence claims…neither option will bode well for Amber Heard if Johnny’s lawyers have their way.
And for Depp, this could be the first thing he’s had to grin about in a long, long time…
