Scarlett Johansson may have just dropped the mother of all truth bombs!
In a recent interview, the 31-year-old sexpot opened up about the challenges of being married to another famous person…hinting heavily about her brief marriage to Hollywood leading man Ryan Reynolds.
“There has to be a real understanding of how you share your time, especially when two people’s careers are going at the same rate,” the Avengers starlet said. “Or even if one person is more successful than the other, that also proves challenging. There may be a competitive thing.”
Those are her words, not ours, lest you think we dare infer too much from anything that came out of her mouth.
The one-time power couple called it quits back in 2011, and both have since moved on to marry new and younger flames. Johansson tied the knot with Romain Dauriac in a secret ceremony back in October 2014 and soon after welcomed their daughter, Rose.
Meanwhile, Reynolds wed Blake Lively in 2012 and they made a daughter, James, born back in December 2014.
Needless to say, neither Scarlett nor Ryan Reynolds seems to be hurting too much on the professional front…leading one to wonder aloud, what the hell was there to compete over other than hot water in the shower?
