GET A BOX OF TISSUES: Soldier’s Sign Deeply Touched Miranda Lambert

Miranda Lambert has been touring, and while it’s been an emotional ride lately, there’s truly something special about her recent show in Connecticut. The country singer was brought to tears with a single poster.

On her August 19 show, Miranda was getting ready to sing “The House That Built Me.” Just seconds into the song, Miranda stopped singing. She smiled and uttered “Really?” A few moments later, she grabbed a sign from a fan and showed everyone the message the touched her heart.

Apparently, the poster was held by a soldier and the message read:
“3 combat tours… your voice was the last thing I heard every night. Thank you.”

Miranda couldn’t hold back the tears. So, she let the crowd sing her song while she grabed a drink and composed herself. I don’t know about you, but watching the video makes many eyes turn misty…must be cutting onions in the Celebrity Gossiper office again…
