‘Rogue One’ Takes The Olympics By Storm

The latest ‘Star Wars’ trailer was dropped ever so strategically during the prime time swimming events for the 2016 Rio Olympics, and the time slot definitely gave the unveiling maximum impact.

All eyes were glued to the summer games, trying to see if Team USA could continue to take home the Gold…and along the way America was bedazzled by a truly inspiringly edited trailer for the much maligned but highly anticipated Star War prequel set to open in December.

It was a glimmer of hope, a new hope if you will, that maybe the beleaguered production has pulled out of its reported tail spin and recovered to save the day.

‘Rogue One’ has seen teaser trailers since April, but this one was the granddaddy of them all to date…truly an Olympian effort was made to put their best foot forward in a herculean effort to revive enthusiasm in a movie that was deemed on the rocks…and all while opening weekend looms mere months away.

Fanboys were growing nervous that news of a rocky production meant that disappointment was inevitable, but thanks to a sharply produced trailer, for the moment at least, faith has been restored to the galaxy…

May the Force be with their box office…
